This event will be hosted by Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) in their Wells Street office for a session on APC Top Tips & Wellbeing: Putting wellbeing at the heart of performance.

This exclusive in-person event is designed to give you practical and digestible insights that will support your APC journey in preparation for the assessment.

This is a great opportunity to meet other candidates working towards their qualifications, share experiences, and build your professional network as well as gaining that all so valuable CPD.

APC Top Tips & Wellbeing – Putting wellbeing at the heart of performance

Join Emily Darnley (Early Careers Lead) and Mark Winsor (Talent and Development Manager) for a focused presentation and discussion covering key areas of the APC Process including considerations to be aware of in the lead-up to assessment, common pit-falls, methods for successful submission preparation and top-tips for mental and physical wellbeing throughout the process.

The session will include:

• APC and Wellbeing top tips for all stages of the APC journey
• Common self-sabotage and how to tackle this head on
• The impact of burnout
• How to deal with high pressure moments, before, during and after the APC
